Income-based approval
No Credit Check Apartments in Las Vegas
We care more about steady income than a three-digit credit score. If you can pay rent, we want to talk.
What we look at instead of credit
Three things beat a credit score: can you pay, will you pay, and can we talk like humans.
Proof of income
Pay stubs, offer letter, voucher, SSI/SSDI, or bank statements if self-employed. Mix income sources — that’s fine.
Photo ID
Driver’s license, state ID, passport, or ITIN. We accept what you have.

Who this is for
How income-based approval works, step by step
Getting an apartment with no credit check in Las Vegas isn’t a loophole — it’s just a different order of operations. Here’s exactly how we move from your first call to your keys.
- 1
You reach out
Call, text, or apply online. Tell us which property and floor plan you’re interested in and roughly what you earn. Nothing you say here counts against you — we’re just seeing if the math works.
- 2
We check income, not your score
We look for income of about 2.5–3× the monthly rent. That can come from a job, self-employment, a Section 8 voucher, SSI/SSDI, or VA benefits — combined sources are fine. A bad or missing credit score won’t disqualify you here.
- 3
We run a basic background and identity check
We verify who you are and your rental history. This is where a past eviction gets discussed openly rather than triggering an automatic no. We tell you where you stand before you spend anything on a deposit.
- 4
You put down the deposit and sign
Security deposit is one month’s rent and negotiable. Application fee is $50 per adult, waived for Section 8 voucher holders. Because we’re owner-operated, there’s no corporate approval queue.
- 5
You move in
With income docs in hand and a ready unit, most approved applicants sign and move in within a few days.
What counts as proof of income
When there’s no credit check, your income documents do the talking. You don’t need a traditional 9-to-5 — you just need to show the money is real and steady. Bring any combination of these.
On a voucher? Start with our guide to Section 8 apartments in Las Vegas — voucher holders pay no application fee.
No credit check plus a past eviction — how we handle it
The two most common reasons a corporate complex says no are a thin credit file and an eviction on record. If you’re searching for an apartment with no credit check, there’s a good chance an old eviction is part of the story too. We don’t treat that as a dealbreaker.
We practice second chance leasing in Las Vegas, which means an eviction gets a conversation, not an automatic rejection. What we care about is the shape of your situation today: is your income steady, is the old judgment resolved or being handled, and can you cover the deposit and first month? An eviction from years ago with consistent income since reads very differently than an open, unpaid case — and we’ll tell you honestly which side of that line you’re on.
If an eviction is the main thing standing between you and a lease, read how to rent with an eviction in Las Vegas before you apply. It walks through exactly what to bring so the conversation goes fast.

No credit check — FAQ
Do you actually rent without a credit check?
We don’t lean on credit scores the way corporate complexes do. We run a basic check, but a bad score or no score alone won’t disqualify you. Income, stability, and rental history matter more.
What if I have no credit history at all?
Totally fine. Lots of our tenants are first-time renters, new to the US, or just never built credit. Bring proof of income and a photo ID and we’ll work with you.
Do I need a cosigner?
Usually no. If your income clearly covers rent (around 2.5–3x monthly rent), a cosigner isn’t required. In edge cases we’ll ask, but it’s rare.
What income documents do you accept?
Pay stubs (recent two), a signed offer letter, Section 8 voucher, SSI/SSDI award letter, self-employment bank statements, or recent tax returns. Mix and match if you have non-traditional income.
Is there a higher deposit if I can’t pass a credit check?
Sometimes. Security deposit is one month’s rent and negotiable. In some cases we ask for a larger deposit — but we tell you upfront, not after you’ve packed.
How fast can I move in?
If we have your income docs and the unit is ready, you can sign and move in within a few days. We’re owner-operated so there’s no corporate approval delay.
What’s the application fee?
$50 per adult for non-voucher applicants. No fee for Section 8 voucher holders.
Can I find an apartment with no credit check in Las Vegas if I have a past eviction?
Yes. A no credit check apartment and a past eviction aren’t mutually exclusive here — we practice second chance leasing, so a prior eviction won’t auto-disqualify you. We’ll ask about the circumstances and look at where you are now: steady income and a straightforward conversation matter more than one line on a background report. See our pages on how to rent with an eviction in Las Vegas and second chance leasing for the full picture.
Do you have apartments that accept evictions in Las Vegas?
We do. Both Maryland Park and Bonanza Park are owner-operated, so there’s no corporate policy that reflexively rejects applicants with an eviction on record. We review evictions case by case — an older eviction with steady income since is very different from an open, unpaid judgment, and we’ll be upfront with you either way.
Is a no credit check apartment for rent in Las Vegas the same as no background check?
No. Not relying on your credit score doesn’t mean we skip a basic background and identity check. We still verify who you are and your rental history, but a low score, thin credit file, or no credit at all won’t sink your application on its own.
Are there pet-friendly no credit check apartments here?
Yes. Pets are allowed at both properties with a $200 refundable pet deposit plus $20/month per pet, one pet per unit. Your credit situation doesn’t change the pet policy.
