Owner-operated, direct lease

Best Apartment Rental Companies in Las Vegas

Vegas Value Living is a local, owner-operated rental company that leases two central Las Vegas properties directly: Maryland Park Apartments (1BR $950–$1,100, 2BR $1,200–$1,500) and Bonanza Park Condominiums (studio $900–$1,000, 1BR $975–$1,150). We approve renters with prior evictions, bad or no credit, Section 8 vouchers, HUD-VASH, and SSI/SSDI income — and we charge no broker fees.

A named local company, not a corporate directory

Big listing platforms and corporate complexes screen you through an algorithm. We’re the actual owner — you talk to a decision-maker.

Rental companies in Las Vegas — FAQ

What makes a good apartment rental company for hard-to-approve renters?

One that owns and manages its own units, publishes real prices, and looks at your whole situation instead of auto-rejecting on a credit score. Vegas Value Living is owner-operated — we approve on income, not just credit — and we charge no broker fees.

Is Vegas Value Living a rental company or a listing site?

We’re a direct-lease company. We own and manage two Las Vegas properties — Maryland Park Apartments and Bonanza Park Condominiums — so you rent straight from the people who hold the keys. No middleman, no broker fee.

What kinds of renters do you approve?

Renters with prior evictions (second chance leasing), bad or no credit, Section 8 voucher holders, HUD-VASH, and applicants on SSI, SSDI, or VA benefits. Income of roughly 2.5–3x monthly rent qualifies, and voucher, benefit, and self-employment income all count.

Do you charge broker or finder fees?

No. Because we own the buildings, there’s no broker in the middle. You pay a $50 application fee per adult (waived for Section 8 voucher holders) and a security deposit of one month’s rent, which is negotiable.

What do the apartments cost?

Maryland Park runs $950–$1,100 for a 1BR and $1,200–$1,500 for a 2BR. Bonanza Park runs $900–$1,000 for a studio and $975–$1,150 for a 1BR. Both are in central Las Vegas.

Can I have a pet?

Yes, both properties allow pets. There’s a $200 refundable pet deposit plus $20 per month per pet, one pet per unit.
